Ivory Coast

Ivory Coast , is a country in West Africa. Ivory Coast’s de jure capital is Yamoussoukro and the biggest city is the port city of Abidjan. Ivory Coast is a country of western sub-Saharan Africa. It borders Liberia and Guinea in the west, Mali and Burkina Faso in the north, Ghana in the east, and the Gulf of Guinea (Atlantic Ocean) in the south.

The official language is French, with indigenous local languages also widely used, including Baoule, Dioula, Dan, Anyin and Cebaara Senufo. The main religions are Islam, Christianity (primarily Roman Catholic) and various indigenous religions.
